Overnight winds knock down power lines, close Barrington road

Tree branch, wires down at Mercer at Tavistock.

Heavy winds last night knocked a branch from a tree on Mercer Road and brought down power lines across the street, forcing officials to close the road this morning.

Yellow tape is blocking Mercer at Tavistock at this hour, as the branch and wire remain down on the road.
