The Barrington Police Department issued 135 traffic summonses, answered 492 calls and arrested 18 adults in April, according to the monthly report presented to the borough council.
The department dealt with four thefts, 3 cases of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (and one case of being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance), two assaults, two cases of disorderly conduct, one harassment, one fraud, one driving while suspended and one criminal mischief, the report says.
Last April, the department issued 95 traffic summonses, answered 421 calls and arrested 27 adults.
