Gov. Chris Christie will meet with the public at 3 p.m. June 12 in Haddonfield, according to a Patch.com report.
Christie has made it a practice to tour the state with regular town hall meetings to support his political and legislative efforts. His off-the-cuff comments at the meetings have led to some polarizing exchanges, such as:
Christie’s last appearance in Haddonfield was during his gubernatorial run when he made a joint appearance with Mitt Romney. At the time, Romney was a former presidential hopeful who offered his endorsement of Christie for governor. Romney is now the presumptive Republican nominee for president.
The town hall meeting will take place at the gymnasium at the Haddonfield middle school on Lincoln Avenue, according to the Patch report.
