Clements Bridge apartment building can’t move forward until escrows paid

The 12-unit apartment building the Barrington Planning Board approved for construction at the former site of Harvey’s Card Shop at 313 Clements Bridge Road cannot move forward until escrows are paid, the board noted at its most recent public meeting.

313The escrows are lacking, the board noted. The project is not on hold at this time, members made clear, but the approvals won’t go into effect and no permits can be issued until escrows are paid.

The apartment building would contain eight units with two bedrooms and four units with one bedroom, along with 22 parking spaces, the report said.
