Joseph Eisenhardt, chief of the Barrington Police Department since 2007, will retire as of Sept. 1, according to the borough.
Eisenhardt also is affiliated with the N.J. State Association of Police Chiefs and has been an adjunct professor at Camden County College for 10 years, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has served with the Barrington Police Department for 32 years.
He received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from LaSalle University in 1979 and a master’s degree in public administration from Seton Hall University in 2002.
