What you need to know this week in Barrington

This weekly report will highlight upcoming events and activities in the borough.

For the week of Nov. 25:

— Monday: Borough planning board meeting, 7:30 p.m., borough hall.

— Wednesday: Half-day of school.

Thanksgiving— Thursday: Thanksgiving Day, schools and government offices closed.

— Thursday: High school football rivalry game: Haddon Heights vs. Haddonfield. Heights won last year, but Haddonfield won the previous nine games.

— Friday: Schools closed; government offices closed.

— Friday: Borough holiday tree lighting, 6:30 p.m., borough hall.

— Friday: Annual holiday parade including regional fire companies and Santa Claus, Clements Bridge Road (around to fire hall), 7 p.m. Santa will be at the Barrington Fire Company building after the parade ends. Refreshments will be served.
