Andrews will take a position with a Philadelphia law firm, according to the Philly.com report. The 24-year House veteran will conduct a news conference today at his Haddon Heights office and retire around Presidents Day, the report said.

Andrews has spent more than a year fighting allegations he misused campaign funds for personal and family trips. He reportedly has spent more than $200,000 fighting the allegations.

In October, he was ranked as one of the most corrupt members of Congress by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
